What do we offer?

  • 1-2 hour workshops from €450

    We deliver sessions for your teams as a part of a team day out, recurring monthly workshops as part of a program or just adhoc lunch and learn hours. The workshops usually aim to break the day, or a heavy week with some fun and educational activity related to managing stress and anxiety, increasing productivity, decreasing procrastination, as well as managing conflict.

  • Half Day workshops from €750

    We can organise a half day, hands on and interactive workshop for your teams to tackle topics such as stress, anxiety and burnout prevention in the workplace. Our workshops always include activities and participation, to ensure the teams are excited, energised and focused while learning and having fun
