What topics do you cover in 1:1 coaching sessions?
Each session is shaped around your needs, but common themes include managing stress and anxiety, building self-worth, overcoming burnout, navigating career or life transitions, and developing sustainable self-care practices that actually stick.

What is your approach to coaching?
My approach blends therapeutic techniques with mindful coaching—it's not just about talking, it's about gently uncovering patterns, shifting mindsets, and offering tools that you can carry into everyday life. You’ll be met with empathy, honesty, and grounded support.

How long is each coaching session and how many do I need?
Sessions are typically 60 minutes. Some people benefit from a one-off clarity session, while others prefer ongoing support over several weeks or months. We’ll design a rhythm that works for you and your goals.

2. Where is the retreat located, and why choose the Bulgarian mountains?
Our retreat is situated in the serene Bulgarian mountains, providing a tranquil and picturesque setting for a mindful escape. The natural beauty of the surroundings enhances the overall experience, offering a perfect backdrop for relaxation, self-reflection and healing. Our guests will be surrounded by a forrest that has been standing there for 1000s of years, adding a lot of grounding energy to all of our activities.

3. What does the retreat package include?
The retreat package is all-inclusive, covering luxury accommodation, all activities listed in the itinerary and all meals. Additionally, the package includes airport transfers, ensuring a seamless and stress-free journey for our guests.

4. Can you tell us more about the 5-star luxury accommodation?
Our retreats are hosted in a premium 5-star accommodation, called ‘Blue stones’ in the Karandila National park providing a comfortable and indulgent environment for our guests. The luxurious amenities and scenic views contribute to the overall sense of well-being during the retreat. All rooms are decorated in baroque style with hand made wooden bed frames, opulent wallpapers and ample space for rest. Our villa offers towels, bathroom amenities, wifi, steam room, sauna, library, dedicated chef and team members looking after your wellbeing

5. What level of yoga expertise is required to participate in the retreat?
Our retreats cater to individuals of all yoga experience levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our experienced instructors tailor sessions to accommodate varying skill levels, ensuring everyone can benefit from the mindfulness practices. In addition, we will offer private tutoring session if you would like to work 1:1 with our practitioners. These are not included in the retreat package price but will be offered at a discounted rate

6. How do I get to the retreat, and is airport transfer included in the package?
Your journey to the retreat is made convenient with included airport transfers. Our team will ensure that you are picked up from Burgas airport and safely transported to the retreat location. This service is part of the all-inclusive package.

7. Are flights included in the retreat package?
No, flights are not included in the retreat package. Guests are responsible for booking their own flights to and from the destination airport. However, our team is available to provide assistance and recommendations if needed.

8. How do I reserve a spot for a retreat, and what is the cancellation policy?
To secure your spot, you can visit our website and follow the booking instructions. We require a deposit upon reservation, and the remaining balance is due before the retreat starts. Please refer to our cancellation policy on the website for details on refunds and cancellations.

While the retreat schedule is carefully curated to promote relaxation and self-discovery, there is also free time for guests to explore the surroundings or engage in personal activities. Additionally, we will offer 1:1 sessions with our practitioners if a guests would like to explore any of the sessions further in a private environment
