Anxiety can raise its worrisome head even amongst people who do not feel they should be stressed, worried or have a reason to feel anxious. The reality is though, that we all have aspects of our lives that can trigger us, make us feel vulnerable and unsafe in some moments. Spending some time to look after ourselves should be a priority every day. We often neglect our need to do so because we are too busy and feel too guilty to pause, and take care of ourselves.

I was concerned that the treatment might feel ‘exposing’ or that it might be uncomfortable. Solenn made me feel at ease straight away. I felt physically relaxed to the extent that after a while my muscles were so heavy and relaxed I could only describe this as a sort of ‘paralysis’ (in a good way!).
