Coaching has become an important part of our lives. We are constantly faced with challenges, cross roads or just the desire to get to know ourselves better. Become a more aware version of ‘me’.

After 15+ years in a corporate career, coaching large, global teams, speaking at events and leading many personal development workshops I decided to create A Mindful Escape, and make this the core work I do. Living and working in busy cities like London can drain us, make us feel overwhelmed, exhausted and overall slightly isolated at times.

Whether you're based in the heart of London or tucked away in the calm corners of Sofia, coaching with me is designed to meet you where you are—physically, emotionally, and mentally. My 1:1 sessions are held in 3 formats to suit every need. In person, online or as a walk and talk experience in a local park. I offer you a safe and supportive space no matter your location. Many of my clients come from fast-paced cities like London, seeking balance, clarity, and purpose. Others connect from Bulgaria given my Bulgarian roots and understanding of the local dynamics.
