In our sessions, we slow things down enough to understand how stress, expectations, and unconscious patterns are shaping your daily life. Together, we explore what needs attention, what needs to change, and how to move forward in a way that feels grounded and sustainable.
We’ll work through:

areas of misalignment across work, relationships, and self-care
practical, realistic steps you can implement over the next 90 days

My 1:1 sessions are held in 3 formats to suit every need. In person, online or as a walk and talk experience in a local park. I offer you a safe and supportive space no matter your location. Many of my clients come from fast-paced cities like London, seeking balance, clarity, and purpose. Others connect from Bulgaria given my Bulgarian roots and understanding of the local dynamics.
