How much does coaching cost?
When we look to work with a coach and master ourselves be that personally or professionally, cost is of course an important factor to consider. I do not believe there is a standard (average) pricing but I will talk about my pricing and how it works. I will also explain why it makes more sense to purchase a package, rather than 1 off sessions.

A Mindful Escape has won best emerging wellbeing provider for 2025 in Europe
As a young company in a very busy and loud market, it has not always been easy to keep going. Especially on the days when things have not felt as aligned as I would have wanted them to be. However, I have kept going the past 2 years because I truly believe in the positive impact A Mindful Escape can have on people’s day to day wellbeing.
As time went by and the ethos behind the company morphed into what it is today, we are on a mission to help people remember what wellbeing means. Because if we paused for a bit, we will notice how broken our society is becoming. In some places more than others.

Preserving human connection in a world of AI
There is no denying that technological advancement has completely changed the world (as some of us have known it). Love it or hate it, it is here to stay. Millenials like me, remember a childhood without screens. A childhood that was lived outside, playing with friends outside until the street lamps came on. We learnt from a young age how to interact with each other, how to resolve conflict when we thought someone was cheating in a game, how to knock on a stranger’s door to ask for a ball back. Why am I going down memory lane? Because thinking back of all those micro moments, I do not think any of us truly appreciated how this shaped our personalities. To be able to make friends, to be able to talk to strangers, to learn how to resolve conflict, to learn basic human interaction.

What is life coaching and how does it help?
Through centuries there have been coaches in the forms of spiritual leaders, gurus and just people who were deemed wiser than the rest. The concept is not new and it is observed through history in different ways. It has become exceptionally popular though over the least 10 years, as awareness around mental health, self realisation and actualisation has sky rocketed. People are more and more eager to understand themselves, their patterns, their conditioning and live to their potential.
Coaching is not therapy though and the terms should not be interchanged. Therapists are medically licensed professionals, who have medical and post graduate training.

I feel like I failed… Now what?
Failure - the dreaded word of the day. I am going to skip past the social media aspect of how people perceive other people’s lives, and how this can be really impactful on anyone’s mental health. In this post, I want to focus on actual failure - when we, as individuals, make a move and epically F*** it up. Or at least we perceive it this way.

Sometimes things just need to fall apart! Let them
Exerting control on situations is something our brains are taught to do. However, can we really control anything or anyone?
You are exactly where you need to be
Have you ever sat and thought, gosh so and so’s life is so much better? Do not worry we all do that. Comparing ourselves to our friends, family and even celebrities is something very common nowadays. Social media has made it so easy for us to see the intimate details of everyone’s life.
The art of standing still
It has taken a long time to begin this journey. Sometimes as life starts happening around you, the best response is denial or as I like to call it - the ostrich strategy. Digging your head in the sand, pretending it is all ok and it will eventually go away. No matter how many books I have read, or wise Instagram posts telling me the only way out is through, I thought I knew better.
