Hi, I’m deyana.
With over 15 years of experience leading global teams and building digital strategies for iconic brands like Hilton, British Airways, Dorchester Collection, and Trafalgar Travel, I understand first-hand the pressures of high-performance environments — and the personal cost of burnout. After years in the corporate world, I felt a strong pull toward more meaningful work — helping others reconnect with themselves in a world that rarely slows down.
This calling led me to create A Mindful Escape — a space where personal growth, emotional wellbeing, and human connection come first. As a certified coach and workshop facilitator, I now combine my strategic mindset with a deeply intuitive approach to help individuals move through stress, self-doubt, and emotional fatigue into clarity, confidence, and purpose.
I didn’t start A Mindful Escape from a place of perfection — quite the opposite. I created it after hitting my own wall both personally and professionally. Despite the impressive job titles and busy travel schedule, I remember sitting in yet another airport lounge, feeling completely disconnected — from joy, from purpose, and frankly, from myself. That was the moment I knew something had to shift. What started as a personal journey to reclaim my own wellbeing has now become my life’s work: helping others reconnect with theirs.
I offer 1:1 coaching sessions online, in person, or as walk-and-talks in Sofia and London. I also host intimate retreats and workshops that provide a grounded space to slow down, reset, and build sustainable wellbeing — emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
