  • The Self-Love Reset Masterclass is hosted live online via Google meets. The link will be shared 24h before the Masterclass. You can join from anywhere in the world — just make sure you have a quiet, comfortable space for reflection.

  • The masterclass lasts 2 hours and includes guided practices, journaling exercises, and time for group reflection. You’re welcome to have your camera off if that helps you focus during the hands on practices, though I encourage connection where possible throughout the rest of the Masterclass.

  • Bring a notebook or journal, a pen, and an open mind. You might also want a blanket, or your favourite tea, this is your time to reset and reconnect. I will be sending the practices we will do in advance so you can print them if you wish to or just see them on screen and fill them up on the notebook

  • Yes! You don’t need any prior experience with self-development, meditation, or shadow work. Everything will be guided and explained step by step, and you can ask questions throughout the Masterclass.

  • Not at all. Participation is completely optional, you can reflect privately or share in the verbally/in the chat if you feel comfortable. This is a judgment-free, supportive space so use it as you wish.

  • The class is led by Deyana, wellbeing coach and founder of A Mindful Escape. With over 15 years of leadership experience in the digital and travel industries, Deyana has seen first-hand the impact of stress, burnout, and self-neglect, and has made it her mission to help others find balance.

Deyana and A Mindful Escape:

Deyana is an award winning wellbeing professional. A Bulgarian who lived in London for 15 years, working with some of the biggest names in travel such as British Airways, Hilton Worldwide, Trafalgar travel, Contiki tours and more. She has led large global teams and has seen the impact of stress, anxiety and ultimately burnout can have on both our personal and professional lives.

She has made it her mission to spread the message about how can we manage stress more effectively, how to spot the warning signs of burnout and also to enhance human connection through workshops, events and ultimately building a community.

This is Deyana’s first event in her homeland of Sofia, Bulgaria. As an expat herself in many countries, she appreciates the challenge a new language can impose on attending events or building friendships in a new place. This is why she is trying to do her part with events entirely held in english.

FAQS

  • Burnout is a complex physiological, mental and emotional state which occurs after a prolonged period of time. It usually occurs following a prolonged period in a state of stress (fight or flight), being pulled in multiple directions on a personal and professional level, not aligned with your values

  • This is not an extensive list. Feeling disconnected from your job, feeling lack of motivation to show up to work, feeling easily triggered, irritated. Lack of focus. Feeling emotional about situations that usually won't affect you

  • It is very individual. The reality is that burnout happens over a prolonged period of time when we did not pay attention to our body's signals. Recovery can take anything from 3 months to a year, depending on the state, circumstances etc.. there is no precise timeframe that can be applied globally.

INTRODUCTION TO our de-stress movement class: This movement session draws inspiration from contemporary dance, yoga and mindfulness. It aims to allow participants to connect to their bodies, release emotions and access communal joy.

Stephanie , our Head of Movement, leads the guests into a free dancing session, with carefully curated instructions which layer to inspire movement, release and transform under the grooves of the music. There’s no choreography to be learned, no movements to be repeated. Bodies dance together, being only here, only now – connecting to the music.
