FAQS

  • The Self-Love Reset Masterclass is hosted live online via Google meets. The link will be shared 24h before the Masterclass. You can join from anywhere in the world — just make sure you have a quiet, comfortable space for reflection.

  • The masterclass lasts 2 hours and includes guided practices, journaling exercises, and time for group reflection. You’re welcome to have your camera off if that helps you focus during the hands on practices, though I encourage connection where possible throughout the rest of the Masterclass.

  • Bring a notebook or journal, a pen, and an open mind. You might also want a blanket, or your favourite tea, this is your time to reset and reconnect. I will be sending the practices we will do in advance so you can print them if you wish to or just see them on screen and fill them up on the notebook

  • Yes! You don’t need any prior experience with self-development, meditation, or shadow work. Everything will be guided and explained step by step, and you can ask questions throughout the Masterclass.

  • Not at all. Participation is completely optional, you can reflect privately or share in the verbally/in the chat if you feel comfortable. This is a judgment-free, supportive space so use it as you wish.

  • The class is led by Deyana, wellbeing coach and founder of A Mindful Escape. With over 15 years of leadership experience in the digital and travel industries, Deyana has seen first-hand the impact of stress, burnout, and self-neglect, and has made it her mission to help others find balance.
