This workshop is designed for creatives, founders, freelancers, and entrepreneurs who are constantly building, thinking, and giving. If your ideas never switch off, your calendar is always full, or you feel stretched between ambition and exhaustion, this space is for you. You’ll step away from the noise, gain practical anti-burnout tools, and reconnect with a calmer, more sustainable way of working as you move into the new year.

It is not only about the numbers, it is also about living a more fulfilling life daily. Between deadlines, notifications, and responsibilities, it’s hard to feel present or at peace. Deyana will help you map out small shifts in mindset, routines, and boundaries that restore space for what matters. She will help you create a personal plan for more balance, energy, and connection in daily life. - Learn to recognise the signs of burnout before it becomes an issue - Deyana will provide you with a  simple toolkit for tackling stress and anxiety in day to day life.

Expect interactive practices like the Burnout Checklist, the PIC Framework for body awareness, quick stress relief exercises, breathwork, and intention-setting.
