Reminder:
Boundaries aren’t walls. They’re the lines that define where you end and the world begins. You deserve to honour them.
Most of us live in a constant state of stress and we do not even recognise the impact it has on our physical and emotional wellbeing. We have learnt to co-exist with stress which ultimately leads to burnout. Ignoring the warning signs (because we are too busy to look after ourselves) and thinking it is going to go away.
The truth? It is not going to go away and it is silently damaging you on the inside. Stress impacts our brains, our cardiovascular system and the quality time we spend with loved ones.
Welcome drinks and snacks will be provided. Whether you’re on the edge of burnout or quietly holding it all together, this space is for you. Come as you are, we’ll take care of the rest.
Deyana and A Mindful Escape:
Deyana is an award winning wellbeing professional. A Bulgarian who lived in London for 15 years, working with some of the biggest names in travel such as British Airways, Hilton Worldwide, Trafalgar travel, Contiki tours and more. She has led large global teams and has seen the impact of stress, anxiety and ultimately burnout can have on both our personal and professional lives.
She has made it her mission to spread the message about how can we manage stress more effectively, how to spot the warning signs of burnout and also to enhance human connection through workshops, events and ultimately building a community.
This is Deyana’s first event in her homeland of Sofia, Bulgaria. As an expat herself in many countries, she appreciates the challenge a new language can impose on attending events or building friendships in a new place. This is why she is trying to do her part with events entirely held in english.
