79% of londoners are stressed and 1 in 7 are stressed and anxious daily. ongoing stress does result in burnout if left unattended.

As a digital leader myself, I know first hand how taxing the role can be and the number of directions we get pulled in. Endless projects, endless campaigns, a number of different functions reporting into me. This is why I crafted a specific workshops to cater for the Digital Leaders of this world who feel the pressure to be constantly ON.

It is not only about the numbers, it is also about living a more fulfilling life daily. Between deadlines, notifications, and responsibilities, it’s hard to feel present or at peace. Deyana will help you map out small shifts in mindset, routines, and boundaries that restore space for what matters. She will help you create a personal plan for more balance, energy, and connection in daily life.

- Deyana will provide you with a  simple toolkit for tackling stress and anxiety in day to day life. No performative wellness requiring a lot of time, energy and tools. Just you and 10 minutes a day to change the way you deal with stress and anxiety
