Unlike other wellbeing providers, The Sanctuary is curated. Deyana’s vision is not to create content for content’s sake but to create an experience. An experience that allows members to feel personally supported in a digital set up. The Sanctuary allows members to do as much or as little as their schedule fits but still keeping them accountable for the journey and outcome.

Low overwhelm factor
No need for endless scrolling through thousands of options. Once you join The Sanctuary, your journey is guided. We meet enough overwhelm day to day, we do not need our wellbeing to be overwhelming too.
Too much choice makes starting a point of anxiety. This is why The Sanctuary is a curated path, which is easy to follow, removing the stress of figuring out how to deal with an influx of information.

The Sanctuary allows for practicality and reduces the need for performative wellness. This is not yet another to do on our members’ already long lists. The Sanctuary creates a space, a routine, a moment to look forward to in a day.
The practices, workshops and 1:1s are all catering for people who are busy but enjoy a structured approach to their wellbeing without the need to deviate from their days.

Real connections with members and host
Deyana believes in human connection. This is why she has created The Sanctuary to revolve around that. All members get a minimum of 2 events per month, online and/or in person (location dependent). To keep The Sanctuary functioning as envisioned, there is a limit to the number of people that can join per year. This allows Deyana to curate the space for the best personal experience of its members.
A digital guide to help you assess and prevent burnout
A self paced guide, allowing you to learn more about yourself, your body and your mind’s signals. When it comes to burnout, knowing ourselves is one of the most impactful tools in preventing it. Our bodies speak to use all the time, we just need to tune in and listen.
Events and 1:1s led by deyana
When you join the community, you will get to join events online and in person (location dependent). You also get free coaching sessions with Deyana and discounts across all services while your membership is active.
