I work with a small number of collaborators who make sure that A Mindful Escape is the best it can ever be for its clients.

Why collaborate? When I deliver corporate workshops or private group workshops, I want to ensure that the needs of the group can be fully met. This means mind, body, soul and emotion. My philosophy is that all these aspects need to work together in order for an experience to be truly transformational in the long run.

This is why I partner up with practitioners who have complimentary practices to mine. In this way, a workshop can cater for a truly holistic experience. I have spent a long time finding each individual, making sure they are amazing at what they do with their craft but also warm, empathetic, relatable and interesting to spend time with.

FOUNDER, COACH, CBT PRACTITIONER

I created AME after working in the travel industry for 15 years, running a number of training and development workshops and leading large teams in London. I have always cared about people, their experiences and trying to make the world a slightly better places for the people I met on my way. I focus on empathy, intuition and years of working with different types of people, personalities and challenges. We all walk tough paths in our life time. Those are the times we need a little extra help, a friendly shoulder to cry on, a structure someone can give us to get us through the day. This is why I created A Mindful Escape. I wanted to help people in those moments with my knowledge, methodology and empathy.

I am a certified CBT, Psychology and Life coach.

    I don’t believe I have all the answers and I definitely am no guru, as this path is a lifelong journey. What I bring to the table is my raw experience, the theory of everything I have learnt and the skills I practised as a therapist for the past 9 years. I bring the understanding of the path to healing, having undergone it myself. Solenn specializes in breath work, aromatherapy, family constellations therapy and other.

    Stephanie Handjiiska is a body movement specialist. Professional dancer since the age of 5, Stephanie began her dancing career as a ballerina with the National Contemporary Dance Company in Bulgaria (Ballet Arabesque) to then receive multiple awards for her work as an independent choreographer. Dance took her touring the world (South East Asia, Middle East, Europe & UK) and had her working with names like ABBA, Michael Bublè and Nike.

    Emily is at her final year at Breda University. She already accomplished a lot by doing 2 exchange semesters - 1 in Alaska and 1 in Jakarta, has her own podcast and has worked on a number of short films and creative projects.Emily has been the voice behind parts of our blog posts, research into our workshop practices and in general keeping us all in line with what is cool and trendy out there in the world.
