Anti Burnout workshop
WHEN: July 1st
WHERE: Pushkin House, 5a Bloomsbury Square WC1A 2TA
Most of us live in a constant state of stress and we do not even recognise the impact it has on our physical and emotional wellbeing. We have learnt to co-exist with stress which ultimately leads to burnout. Ignoring the warning signs (because we are mostly too busy to look after ourselves) and thinking it is going to go away.
The truth? It is not going to go away and it is silently damaging you on the inside. Stress impacts our brains, our cardiovascular system and the quality time we spend with loved ones.
If you want to learn:
How to deal with burnout
Recognise the warning signs of burnout
Take action to consciously live a more grounded life
Whether you’re on the edge of burnout or quietly holding it all together, this space is for you. Come as you are we’ll take care of the rest.

Through calming practices, reflective journaling, discussing the theory behind burnout and its recovery and gentle anxiety resets, this evening is designed to reconnect you with your body and your inner balance, no fluff, no performative wellness. As someone who has worked in leadership positions in corporate London myself, I know first hand how burmout creeps in and how debilitating it can be to day to day life. Until I took matters in my own hands and I have been working ever since to help others.
You’ll leave with:
✨ More clarity and calm than you’ve felt in weeks
✨ A simple toolkit for stress recovery you can actually use
✨ Permission to pause and not feel guilty about it
✨ A soulful connection to yourself (and maybe others, too)
