We live in a world that does not stop, notifications that constantly demand our attention and a news feed that primarily gives us anxiety. The human brain is yet to evolve and naturally push aside all this noise. Hence we need to give it a little bit of support, so it can feel safe and relax. This state of relaxation, will allow us to do the good stuff as humans - be creative, dream, find solutions, enjoy the small moments and just be. A Mindful Escape was created with a mission to do just that - help people become aware of their environment, the every day stressors and learn how to manage them for a better quality of life. We accept that stress is a part of life but this does not mean it should control our life, our choices and our days.
Founded by Deyana after 15+ years of leading global teams in London, A Mindful Escape focuses on supporting individuals and businesses on their wellbeing mission through 1:1 coaching, workshops, employee wellbeing programs and retreats.

A Mindful Escape was created from experience. Deyana’s background, working with some of the biggest names in travel and hospitality for 15+ years while running large global teams, ensures all services offered stem from experience and are rooted in wellbeing.
She understand first hand the importance of balance in both our personal and professional lives, in order to be able to feel and perform our best. This ethos was recognised by LuxLife awarding A Mindful Escape ‘Best emerging wellbeing provider of 2025’ which is a great honour for us just 2 years in.
Our standout difference lies in the intentional design of every experience. Whether it’s a group retreat in a serene natural setting or an urban workshop in London or Sofia, each AME offering is shaped around emotional restoration, nervous system recovery, and connection with oneself and others. With a strong foundation in coaching and facilitation, we go beyond “wellness” as a trend, and guide our guests through evidence-informed frameworks, real conversations, and grounded practices that bring lasting clarity and calm.
