Do you want to restore your energy, rebuild boundaries, and reconnect with your calm, clear self? This is a 3 month holistic coaching package, focusing on helping you come back to center if you are experiencing a period of heightened stress, anxiety and ultimately burnout. Burnout can occur both personally and professionally, and one usually spills into the other. Over the 3 months we will focus on understanding the root causes, work on boundaries and practices that help ground you.

Working with a coach is not just about setting goals or checking tasks off a list — it's about real transformation. As someone who’s guided people through burnout, identity shifts, and deep emotional healing, I often say: Coaching is not about fixing you — it’s about reconnecting you to who you truly are. Many people struggle with the concept of the coach. I often get asked ‘What is it exactly’, ‘What do you achieve with it’? Coaching does help you define, clarify and take actions towards your goals, while keeping you accountable and also prompting you to enjoy the journey. Although much of coaching is a 2 way discussion, the coach gently guides you towards structure with an end goal in mind - how to get from a place of burnout to a place of joy, hope and vitality again?

  2. Learn how to check in with your needs and actually honour them.

  3. Shift from depleted to grounded with a step-by-step burnout recovery framework.

  4. Reconnect with the clear, calm version of you that you’ve lost in the chaos.
